My work is based on the Thai proverb “In the process of picking the fragile Lotus try not to bruise the stem plus try not to curdle the pond water”. It seemed easy to do this but actually it is quite difficult and not everyone could succeed these two things simultaneously without the proper knowledge, however if we queried the agriculture, we would obtain a correct procedure.
